When I got to the convention I was giddy beyond belief, I was finally meeting cast members from my fave show. It helped that one happened to be my favorite character, Xander.

We got there about an hour before the first signing of the day and waited. Since I am a member of GLR (Girls who Love Riley), I as a joke had made some Girls who Love Xander stickers cause I knew that my fellow GLR's would be there. Everyone thought it was a real club. I about died when I saw Nick and Amber walk up. I took pics as I went through the line. As I got closer my palms got sweatier and I grew more nervous. When I finally got there, I went up and he read my sticker and said, "Hey JoJo What's up?" I managed to say not much just need your John Hancock and gave him my stuff. While I was giving my stuff to Amber to sign my mom took it upon herself to tell him that my birthday is the day before his and was hoping I could get a picture with him, he told her sure but that he would after the signing when the crowd wasn't too bad, cause the whole time he had just been standing upand leaning over the table to pose, which is what I was expecting. Back to Amber, she took one look at my GLX sticker and about had a spaz attack, she was like ," Nick, Nick, Look! Girls who Love Xander!" and she started clapping, he just laughed.

When the signing was over, I headed over to get my picture, I heard him say, where's the birthday girl? I waved and waited for him to finish posing with Amber and the girl who won the Buffy sign. Then I went over and I said hello and he put his arm around me and my mom took the picture (keep in mind this is away from the table, so I got a special picture), we had to wait for the next one cause my mom doesn't know how to work my camera, so the next one was messed up cause we weren't ready. But he had his arm around me the whole time, I still haven't washed that shirt. But after the pictures were done he was like, " I hope you have a Happy Birthday when it gets here", I said thanks and wished him the same, then we shoke hands and I said it was nice meeting him and thanked him for the pics. He said," Nice meeting you too." That was the best day of my life.
